ORHAN MCMILLAN - Founder & Managing Partner

A native of Baton Rouge, Orhan has worked in the web development and graphic design industry since 1997. After studying at Louisiana State University, he began his career as Marketing Officer at Baton Rouge Teachers Federal Credit Union. He later served as lead graphic designer and web developer for the Gonzales Weekly. During his tenure at the locally owned and operated newspaper, Orhan and his team won distinguished awards from the annual Louisiana Press Association each of the nine years he served as designer for the paper.

In 2003, Orhan opened Omc dezins, a sole proprietorship providing graphic and web design services to a still growing family of clients. In 2005, Orhan partnered with Paul Keesler to create dezins Interactive, an expansion of the Omc dezins business model. Each year since, dezins Interactive has expanded its services and client network, working with a diverse range of private-owned businesses, corporations, government agencies and non-profit groups.

Now in 2010, dezins Interactive is a full service web development, custom programming design and marketing agency under the direction of Orhan. As managing partner, Orhan leads his team of Creative, IT and market specialists in meeting individual client needs.

 

PAUL KEESLER - Business Manager & Managing Partner

Long-time business manager and strategic planning professional, Paul relocated to the South Louisiana Area in 1996. Serving with the Federal Aviation Administration for years, Paul has a well-developed understanding of governmental agencies and business procedure. Partnering with dezinsINTERACTIVE in 2003, Paul brought his business acumen to the ever-evolving agency, helping ensure our success.

 

SAM RAZI - Director of Programming Development

Joining the dezins Interactive team in 2006, Sam's passion for IT and custom programming development has helped drive our agency's success. With a B.S. in Information Systems from Louisiana State University, Sam served as IT analyst and IT Manager for the L.S.U. Agricultural Center. As IT Division Head, Sam provides clients with custom IT solutions, leading a team of programmers through project development and testing.

 

CALLEN CRANFIELD - Web Developer

Starting with Dezins Interactive in 2004, Callen works as a graphic designer and web developer for our team, providing innovative ideas to our client projects in both the public and provate sector. With a B.A. in Graphic Design from Southeastern Louisiana University, Callen's eye for design and up-to-date technical expertise helps the dezins Interactive team excel.

 

EVANNA ALVIS - Graphic Designer

Evanna Alvis brings a keen eye and invigorating creativity to the graphic design team of DI. She attended Louisiana State University and presently contributes client-centered design strategies in digital and print media. Since 2005, she has worked in the design industry. Evanna joined the DI team July 2011, and the company has benefited from her knowledge of effective design techniques, experience of client relations and drive to move forward in each project. Evanna hopes to one day gear her career toward web development in addition to graphic design, which she mainly enjoys for the opportunity to help companies flourish. For Evanna, the nature-loving traveler, personal success is determined by the success of her clients.
